Did you know that many health problems affect the African American community uniquely and disproportionately?

Of course you did.

The reasons are many: our culture, ethnicity, lack of education, fear of doctors, no health insurance, lack of self-motivation and limited access to healthcare, to name a few.

And because of this, we get sick more often and die sooner than any other culture.  That fact alone should give you pause.

But even though the above reasons do contribute to our high mortality rate and disability due to illness, the primary reason is lack of information. Or more specifically lack of access to information.

Don’t be a statistic.  You can enjoy your life and live in optimum health and well-being.  Wellness is not just about your body, it’s also about lifestyle.  Together we can create a life for your style.
